RCD Royale Homes Bulacan - LOCATION
The RCD Royale Homes is located less than a 5-minute ride from the town proper. The town is home to more than 111,000 inhabitants and classified as a first-class urban municipality in Bulacan province and is also considered as the 4th richest town in Bulacan (after Marilao, Sta. Maria, and Baliuag). Over the years, the town becomes a major marble and cement manufacturing facility as more of these plants set shop in the town. Other industries that are thriving in the town include food processing, pyrotechnics, bakery products, and processed meat and agricultural products. The establishment of various types of residential subdivisions also triggers the growth of the municipality.

The RCD Royale Homes Bulacan, as mentioned earlier, is located fifteen to thirty minutes from the outskirts of Quezon City. This means that you will not be adding that much to your usual commute to the office, especially if you work within Quezon City. The commute will also be much faster once the new Metro Rail system connecting Bulacan to Metro Manila is operational, which will be in a year or two as of this writing.
Now, just because you will be technically living in a provincial area, that does not necessarily mean you have to give up all of the modern conveniences of the big city. San Jose del Monte City, which is just beside Norzagaray, has a fast-evolving economy. You will actually find all of the things that you need and want within the city limits. For instance, if you are looking for good schools for your children, there are plenty of options. There are several public elementary schools that are just minutes away from the main gate of the RCD Royale Bulacan community. There are also quite a lot of private schools in the area but they are a bit farther away.
If your kids are already in college, there are some good ones that are nearby, like Bestlink College and the Sto. Rosario College. On the other hand, your kids can enroll in one of the many great universities and colleges in Quezon City, since the commute going back and forth is actually quite easy.
Are you worried that you will be too far away from shopping malls? You can put your mind at ease as you are actually closer to top-notch shopping areas than you ever were. You just need to go south on the highway for fifteen to twenty minutes and you will be right smack-dab in the middle of one of the largest shopping destination in Quezon City. Right as you hit Quirino Avenue, you will find SM City Fairview, Ayala Malls Fairview Terraces, and the Robinson’s Place Novaliches. These three large malls are all you need to scratch your need for shopping. If you cannot find what you are looking for between these three malls then odds are you will not find it anywhere else.
Other places of note that are easily accessible from the RCD Royale Bulacan community include the La Mesa Watershed eco-park. If you and your family love hanging out in a place where nature is still lush and in charge, there are nature trails so you can do a bit of light hiking. There is also a wide and expansive picnic area where you and your family can just sit back and relax. Other places worthy of note that are just thirty to forty minutes away from RCD Royale Homes include the Batasang Pambansa, Quezon City Memorial Circle, and the famed grounds of the University of the Philippines Diliman Campus. It does not matter what you feel like doing, there are always places to see and things to do near RCD Royale Homes Bulacan.
